1. Introduction
Welcome to TierOne. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. TierOne provides custom merchandising solutions for fraternities, sororities, finance societies, and corporate organizations.
2. Services
TierOne offers custom apparel and merchandise design, production, and delivery services. Our services include:
- Custom design consultation and creation
- Group order management and coordination
- Premium apparel production with custom embroidery and printing
- Direct delivery to individuals or group addresses
3. Orders and Payments
Minimum Order Quantities: Certain products require minimum order quantities (MOQ) to proceed with production. MOQ requirements are clearly displayed on each product and drop page.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
Group Orders: For group drops, individual payments are collected from each member. The order proceeds to production once the MOQ is met and the deadline passes.
4. Production and Delivery
Timeline: Standard production and delivery takes approximately 45 days from order confirmation. This timeline may vary based on order complexity and shipping destination.
Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Before Production: Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
After Production: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom items are made-to-order and are non-refundable unless defective.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will replace defective items at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, designs, or trademarks submitted for customization. TierOne is not liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.
7. Limitation of Liability
TierOne's liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
