What we collect
Only what you send us through this site: your name, organisation and email, your message, and, if you use the design tool, the design you send. A logo you add to the design tool stays in your browser: we receive only its file name and size, not the image. If you book a call, the booking service collects the details you enter there.
Why we use it
To answer your message, send you the catalogue you asked for, prepare a design or a quotation, and hold the call you booked. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible contract (article 6.1.b GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (article 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
While we handle your request. If it leads to a contract, for as long as the contract lasts and then for the periods the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except what the law requires us to keep.
Who processes it for us
Formspree receives the forms on this site and forwards them to our email, which runs on Microsoft 365. Cal.com handles call bookings, and Vercel hosts the site. Formspree, Cal.com and Vercel are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there; that transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as each provider states in its own terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site measures visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to team@tier-one-co.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
