TierOne is a design and production studio for organisations that treat objects as culture. Welcome packs, corporate gifts, member kits, uniforms — anything that gets handed to a person and marks a moment.
We start from the moment, not the product. The object is not the deliverable — the first minute someone opens the box is. Everything we design and produce is a decision about that minute. We take a limited number of commissions each year.
02How Commissions Begin
Most commissions reach the studio through an introduction — a client, a partner, or someone who has held the work in their hands.
We are not a catalogue. Each programme is designed for one organisation and one moment, and the studio takes a limited number each year.
