Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is the time it takes to produce your custom items after the Group Drop closes (or after an individual order is confirmed). This typically takes 3-4 weeks depending on order complexity.
Shipping time is the time it takes for your package to arrive after it's been shipped. This depends on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Windows
For Group Drops, delivery is estimated at 4-6 weeks after the drop closes (assuming MOQ is met). This includes:
- Production: 3-4 weeks
- Shipping (US domestic): 5-10 business days
- Shipping (International): 2-4 weeks
Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to production complexity, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days after shipment
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (if applicable, this will be shown at checkout)
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. For international orders:
- Estimated delivery: 2-4 weeks after shipment
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
- Duties & taxes: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us before the drop deadline closes (for Group Drops) or within 24 hours of placing your order (for individual orders).
Once production has begun or the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. We'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible.
Shipping Issues
If you experience any shipping issues (delayed delivery, damaged package, missing items), please contact us at hello@tierone.co with your drop_id and a description of the issue. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
