From the first conversation to the day your residents open their packs — 45 days of craft.

DAY 1
Discovery
It starts with a conversation. We learn about your residence — its architecture, its values, the kind of resident you welcome, the kind of moment you want their first day to be. 30 minutes. No slides, no questionnaires. Just a real talk where we listen more than we speak.

DAY 7
Design
Within a week, we send you the first design. Fabric swatches, color palettes, logo treatments, packaging sketches. You give feedback. We revise once, sometimes twice. The goal: that when you see it, you recognize your residence — not us.

DAY 30
Production
Approved designs head to our workshop in northern Portugal, where small batches are made by hand by craftspeople we have worked with for years. We send photos of the first samples for your final approval before the full run begins.

DAY 45
Delivery
On day 45, your packs arrive at your residence — neatly stacked, pre-wrapped, ready to be handed out. No assembly, no sorting. Just open the box and welcome your new intake.
